"Reached out to their office on a working day, Thursday and requested to speak with an agent to get quotes on home, auto and rental property insurance. A nice lady said, someone will call and get the process started. More than a week has passed, and no one called. Seems like their old business is keeping them occupied and they do not need new business. (updated the message to add a bit more relevant information)"

Our office is always taking on new customers: insuring autos, homes as well as life insurance and health insurance while taking wonderful care of our loyal customers. That being said if you happen to call over the weekend or after hours it is possible that a customer service representative didn’t pass along the message as the representative may have not had enough pertinent information required for our software to create your profile. From your review if you called on Sunday that may have been the case. I have checked all of our systems to see if is possible that we may have missed getting back to anyone in the last month and we haven’t. We pride ourselves in contacting all customers - potential or existing within that day or next business day. **Updated response- Avi I sincerely apologize if this was case. "A deer hit our car driving home from dinner. Drivable but significant damage. Our experience with Meera and her State Farm office in getting our claim submitted and approved was immediate, respectful, smooth and supportive. Estimate and repairs were completed in a timely way and our auto is back home good as new. We’ve never had a more positive and professional response from an insurance company.
